Bulk Upload Generator

Upload your template and source ledgers, then download the generated Bulk_UPLOAD.xlsx.

Use the new template file (expenditure-template.xlsx).
Select all RAILWAY or other ledger files to import.
Optional old template (Bulk_upload_old.xlsx).
If provided, abbreviation mappings are preserved and cache auto-refreshes from template.
Optional fallback cache. This is auto-refreshable from template.
